Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
- Made-to-order items: 5-10 business days.
- Pre-order items: 10-20 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 9-13 business days (Free).
- Express Shipping: 5-8 business days.
- Shipping Origin: Vietnam.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once the order has been shipped.
All international orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Import duties and taxes are covered by us, so customers will not need to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready. Customers may contact our support team if they prefer split shipments.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you by email with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
If your order is lost in transit, contact us at support@jcdejc.com and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a video of the unboxing showing the damage. Once confirmed, we will provide a free return label and refund the full price of the item, as described in our Refund Policy.
