We ship from Vietnam. Standard Shipping is free and normally takes 9-13 business days. Express Shipping is available for 5-8 business days at a flat rate of $48.

All international orders ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, so you will not be charged additional import duties or taxes on delivery.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about shipping before or after your purchase, contact us at support@jcdejc.com.

Please follow the steps below to place your order:

1. Choose your products on the website, add them to your cart, and complete checkout.

2. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed.

3. In-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items take 5-10 business days, and pre-order items take 10-20 business days, before shipping begins.

4. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Our orders are shipped from Vietnam. Please allow for the processing time above in addition to shipping time when estimating delivery.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale.

Please write the recipient name exactly as "TDF GLOBAL LLC - USF200". This code routes your parcel to us.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery: you pay return shipping for the original item and we ship the replacement free by Standard shipping. If your size is unavailable, we refund the item. See our Refund Policy for details.

Received a defective or incorrect item? Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we'll send a free return label and refund the full price of the item. Original shipping, including Express, is non-refundable.

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other secure checkout payment methods shown at checkout.

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never store your full card details on our servers.
